Mike received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron in 1972.
Mike joined Lomax, Soful, & Foster in 1971, and has acquired a full range of accounting and tax experience. His areas of specialization are business and individual tax planning, and retirement plan consultation and administration.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). Mike has served as an officer for many community organizations, including past president and current board member of the Akron Rotary Camp for Special Children, a member of the Board of Trustees of Akron Ronald McDonald House, and Treasurer of the related entity, Children's Family Care, Inc., a past treasurer of his church, and a former Scout Master.
Mike was also a member of the Revere School Board for 16 years, serving as president for three terms. He served in the U.S. Army as a counterintelligence
special agent. Mike spent a year in Vietnam with the 1st Air Cavalry Division.

Larry graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in December 1973 and joined Lomax, Soful, & Foster in June of 1979. Larry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). His areas of professional interest are corporate and individual taxation, real estate taxation and retirement planning.
Larry is a past President and Treasurer of the Akron Jaycees and has served on the Board of Trustees of the Akron Jaycees Foundation. He also served for over ten years on the board for Northern Ohio Golf Charities, Inc. He has been involved with professional golf tournaments in Akron for over 20 years.

Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron in December 1985 and joined Lomax, Soful, & Foster in 1987.
Jeff received a special accreditation in business valuations (ABV) in 1999 from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and has also received a certificate of educational achievement in business valuation from the AICPA. He is a member of the AICPA and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and has successfully completed the Pension Administrator's Course exam issued by the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
Jeff has a broad range of accounting and consulting experience including audits of small businesses, employee benefit plans, and non-profit organizations, corporate and individual taxation, business valuations, retirement planning, and pension plan administration.
Jeff currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Access, an Akron area homeless shelter for women and their children. He also was involved in the Akron Catholic Youth Organization, coaching grade school teams in four different sports over a seven year period.
